DANIEL TENNENT LTD is a well established firm of Chartered Building Surveyors that is registered and regulated by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS). Based in the North West (Cheshire) and offering national coverage of specialist services in insurance loss surveying, defect diagnosis and insurance rebuild cost valuations. With over 25 years of private practice experience in the field of surveying, specialising in insurance loss, building pathology, and negotiation.
As a professional surveyor I aim to be approachable and accountable, with an emphasis on clear communication and accessibility. Being open to questions and feedback, I try to ensure that all clients and colleagues are comfortable discussing their concerns, and can easily convey their specific requirements.
Over the years I have established good working relationships with a number of other professionals, clients and contractors. If I am unable to help a client, I will strive to put them in contact with the right person.
